Tap Forgot password? on the login form. The same page also says that if you forget your password you should contact customer service. The reset screens after that link were not opened for this guide, so follow what the platform shows next.

Veer Game account locked after wrong passwords

More than 10 wrong password entries lock the account. The lock message asks you to use Forgot Password to set a new password and unlock it, and it shows a Contact customer service button.

If someone offers to unlock your account through a link, read account safety first. The platform says its customer service never sends links to members.
